What's the Story) Morning Glory?

Formed in Manchester in 1991 around brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher, Oasis became the defining band of Britpop within a few years. Their debut Definitely Maybe (1994) was then the fastest-selling debut album in UK history, and (What's the Story) Morning Glory? (1995) made them global stars with anthems like “Wonderwall”, “Don't Look Back in Anger” and “Champagne Supernova”. In 1996 they played to 250,000 people over two nights at Knebworth. After splitting in 2009, the band made headlines with their return in 2024. Following a sold-out reunion tour, Oasis are back on the road in 2027, with three nights at Munich's Allianz Arena.
